What I love about SP is that even the pricing is simplified. Other softwares say that their software is more affordable but they charge per provider, cloud space, staff member and ultimately, the price ends up being way higher than advertised. SP is everything unlimited for a flat price. On top of that, I get all the updates and upgrades for free.

I had been looking for a software that had the capacity to do everything I needed. Some would be great with SOAP notes and not have good billing; others would be great with billing yet have no capacity for inventory. It was very frustrating and expensive. Some of the software companies wanted $15,000 up front plus monthly service fees, AND they didn't have everything required to run my business. What I really like about the "Simplified Practice" software is that it has everything I need to run my business electronically, including SOAP notes, email and text message reminders for appointments, as well as billing and inventory. On top of that the online app helps me keep in touch with patients and their health, giving them that extra level of service they can't find anywhere else. It is wonderful to have everything all in one place, from any computer in the world. I'm no longer stuck in the office or having to pay extra for additional doctors or additional computers.

We have been with SP for 7 years now. I am constantly using the software every moment that we are opened for business. It helps me stay organized. I am able to upload documents within the patient's profile. Our nurse is able to write notes on the documents once uploaded. Able to have patients fill in their intake online, without having to print out, this get uploaded into their profile seamlessly. Whenever i need assistance all i have to do is click on the support section and within seconds someone is replying. They have met my needs when I ask for specific changes that are needed for our office. There are also so many options to enter in charges, credits within the system and it gets as technical as you may need it. There is so much more this program has to offer.

My staff and I have worked closely with Simplified Practice to fit our needs as a functional medical practitioner who is maintaining a hybrid practice of fee for service and wellness plans. I have been with SP for nearly two years now. I have a functional medicine practice which often requires rapid access of labs, patient SOAPS, I used paper files before switching so the training was critical. The more I used the software the more impressed I became. I love how the marketing side integrates into patient management. SP helps me stay on top of numerous things at once so that I can manage the most complex of cases without dropping the ball. They continue to upgrade the software without increasing my investment.

My video on Facebook says a lot of reasons why I love this software. Just to state again I love how this software is very doctor, patient, and team friendly. It really helps us organize our notes, appointments, supplements, and dinner seminars to get our office where we want to be. The portal is fun with keeping an open communication with our patients and letting them get the education they need. Simplified Practice has been a God-send, as far as keeping my practice in balance. From the major upgrade of going from in-house, expensive software and hardware, which leads to dependence on backups, to online - access from anywhere, secure, even from my phone or ipad - wow, really great shift, with less worry. From personalized care from their staff, to making changes that are specific to my needs, they are top notch. They pay attention to detail and listen to my requests for improvements. Simplified Practice has been very helpful in keeping track of leads as well as our seminars and classes. It also has given us a way to keep track of Supplement Banks. We use a different EHR, so we haven't been able to use the full benefit, but even in this scenario it has been so helpful!

We started using Simplified Practice not long after it was first created. I knew we had to have something different for our wellness center than the standard electronic medical record system.
